The layout of the room was ingeniously designed, especially the ledge for keeping important items tidy. The breakfast buffet with custom omelette options was a delightful start to our day.

i was utterly appalled at the intermittently flashing safety alarm in the middle of the night and the consistently empty minibar. after my 6 day stay, i expected a complimentary gesture for all these annoyances but received nothing. i was almost tempted to give a good review, but simply couldn’t overlook these issues.

Lack of on-site parking was a hassle. navigating to the general SkyCity casino lot and dealing with elevators and rotating doors felt unnecessarily complex. The room's decor was misleading compared to the photos, appearing more simplistic. The tea and coffee supplies weren't replenished during the stay, which felt a bit cheap. Plus, the duvet material led to an uncomfortable night of sweating, and overall light switch controls were a confusing digital mess.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Horizon By Skycity! The staff were exceptionally attentive, quickly assisting with my luggage and providing thoughtful dining recommendations. The room was immaculate, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, making it a true retreat in the bustling city.
